About the designer

"Second life, first choice."

Seyi Kolade founded her label in 2016, drawn to the idea that the most interesting clothes aren't always new ones. That instinct became the core of the work: taking deadstock fabric, worn garments, and vintage material and giving them a second life, rather than starting from a blank bolt of cloth.

Upcycling comes first: clothing and bags made from deadstock and vintage fabric. Alterations give old pieces new life, and every crochet piece is made by hand. Commissions and alterations are welcome by appointment.
